The Cilindro Sommerso vase, designed by celebrated architect Peter Marino, embodies the fusion of modern design and centuries-old Murano glassmaking tradition. Handcrafted in Murano by Venini’s master glassmakers, the vase is produced using the historic sommerso (“submerged”) technique, in which layers of molten glass are carefully fused together.
